Research automation: Liberation Partners Co-Op
Problem: a nonprofit capacity-building organization spent hours each week manually checking peer and partner sites for pricing models, service delivery methods, and impact metrics.
What I built: a custom web scraper and data pipeline that crawls those sites, then auto-generates a structured multi-sheet report: replacing the manual research with a single automated run. The tool respects robots.txt and site rate limits throughout.
Result: hours of repetitive research reduced to one run of the tool, producing a consistently formatted report.
